Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Chennai, Coimbatore & Madurai.The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales revenue by strategizing, planning, and executing sales initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new clients, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, collaborating with internal teams, analyzing market trends, and ensuring sales targets are achieved. The role demands a proactive individual adept at identifying opportunities and delivering tailored solutions to fulfill client needs.

Qualifications

• Sales and Business Development: Experience in generating leads, managing client relationships, and achieving or exceeding set sales targets.
• Market Analysis and Strategy: Strong skills in assessing market trends, identifying business opportunities, and crafting strategic sales plans.
• Communication and Customer Engagement: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
• Team player and Collaboration: Ability to work with in team, work cross-functionally, and foster a productive working environment.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience of at least 2 years in Industrial machinery loan product is must have.
