Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through cold calling and manage inbound enquiries.
  • Understand client requirements and conduct meetings, including on-site visits.
  • Prepare tailored proposals, presentations, and sales collaterals.
  • Manage end-to-end sales documentation, including proposals, invoices, and work orders.
  • Maintain CRM records and track the sales lifecycle from lead to closure.
  • Prepare and update sales reports and business tracking sheets.
  • Coordinate timely payment collection and track receivables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Participate in sales events and support basic marketing initiatives.
  • Manage client communication and maintain organized documentation.
