Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead the sales function and drive business growth for the company's ERP, SAP, CRM, Tally, Cloud, and Software Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, achieving revenue targets, building strong client relationships, and ensuring consistent business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Sales and Business Development team to achieve assigned revenue and business targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.
Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and monitor team performance.
Generate new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, referrals, digital platforms, and strategic initiatives.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and client onboarding.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable ERP, SAP, CRM, Tally, Cloud, and Software solutions.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting.
Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve productivity and conversion rates.
Monitor sales KPIs, revenue performance, and business development activities.
Coordinate with Implementation, Support, Marketing, and Accounts teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Build long-term relationships with clients to maximize retention, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
Handle key client accounts and resolve escalations professionally.
Review proposals, quotations, pricing, and commercial negotiations before finalization.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to management.
Ensure proper CRM/Bitrix updates, documentation, and adherence to the sales process.
Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and timely issue resolution.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field.
4–8 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Software Solution Sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Experience in ERP, SAP, CRM, Tally, Cloud, SaaS, or IT Solution Sales is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of B2B sales, consultative selling, and enterprise software solutions.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Bitrix, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and sales reporting.
