The Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, understanding their construction needs, presenting tailored solutions, and preparing proposals with transparent pricing. The role involves managing and mentoring the sales team, tracking performance against targets, and collaborating with operations, design, and project teams to ensure seamless customer experience. The Sales Manager will also analyze market trends, maintain a robust sales pipeline, and represent Thikedaar.Com in client meetings, events, and partner engagements.
