Key Responsibilities
- Customer Communication: Engage with customers via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. Provide product information, answer inquiries, and address customer concerns. Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster long-term loyalty.
- Sales Process Optimization: Identify potential customers through research and analysis. Assist in prospecting activities, including cold calling and email outreach. Qualify leads and gather relevant information for follow-up.
- CRM Management: Manage customer interactions with CRM software, update contact information, and track sales activities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with members of the sales team and other departments to support cross-functional initiatives. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and brainstorming sessions
