- 15-17 Lacs CTC Per Annum (based on experience & performance) - Negotiable
- Fixed Component- 65% and Performance based Bonus 35%

Education & Experience
- MBA preferred
- Minimum 23 years in B2C consulting sales / sales management like Immigration & legal, Insurance, EdTech and career etc. Must have
- Sales Planning, Strategy Planning, Team Handling, Pipeline Sales Funnel, Data Driven Professional.
- Must Have Experience in setting, growing a full fledged Sales Department

Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our immigration and recruitment sales function. This role requires a data-driven and strategic professional who can deliver results in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- The Sales Manager will:
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead, train, and manage telesales teams across immigration and recruitment services
- Drive client acquisition through structured campaigns (email, telecalling, referrals)
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure target achievement
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to optimize strategies
- Collaborate with marketing to align sales initiatives with campaigns
- Candidate Profile
- Proven track record in B2C consulting sales (immigration experience an asset, not mandatory)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English; Punjabi language proficiency preferred
- Ability to perform under pressure and manage sales targets effectively
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and planning capabilities
- Professional presence; able to work on-camera throughout EST shift
