Level Description
The Sales Strategy MIS Analyst is responsible for tracking sales performance, creating MIS reports, and providing data insights to help the sales team improve results and achieve business targets.
Objective
- MIS Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track performance by region, product, and sales team.
- Ensure all reports are accurate and delivered on time.
- Sales Data Analysis
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Provide insights to improve sales productivity and conversion rates.
- Dashboard Management
- Create and maintain dashboards using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Automate reports wherever possible to save time.
- Sales Performance Tracking
- Monitor lead generation, conversion rates, and policy sales.
- Track performance of sales teams and partners.
- Business Support
- Support leadership with data for planning and decision-making.
- Work with sales, operations, and product teams for reporting needs.
Qualification
- Graduate
- Should have a Minimum of 2+ years of experience in In MIS
