Primary Responsibility:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, referral partners, and internal stakeholders.

• Develop, implement, and drive robust sales strategies to achieve LAP targets.
• Source new customers and channel partners (DSA/Real estate partners) to boost loan acquisition.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
• Lead, train, mentor, and motivate the LAP sales team to achieve business goals and improve performance.
• Set individual/team targets and track progress against goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, referral partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct client visits, presentations, and product pitching to prospective borrowers.
