Channel Management
1、Identify, recruit, and develop new second-tier channel partners and distributors within the assigned territory.
2、Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
3、Ensure all channel partners are fully aligned with the company's commercial strategy and operational guidelines.
4、Deliver regular training to partners on products, pricing, promotions, and sales techniques.
Sales & Key Project Development
1、Drive sales growth through channel partners by implementing structured development strategies.
2、Lead the expansion of key projects and major account opportunities through channel networks.
3、Actively support partners in key negotiations and accompany them in critical meetings with end clients to secure deals.
4、Coordinate internally to ensure inventory availability, competitive pricing, and on-time delivery to support partner sales.
Market Analysis & Performance Management
1、Monitor and analyze channel performance, developing action plans to optimize sales outcomes.
2、Evaluate the profitability, growth potential, and strategic fit of each channel partner.
3、Prepare periodic reports covering sales performance, forecasts, market opportunities, and competitive insights.
Target & Revenue Accountability
1、Take full ownership for regional sales results, including order booking, collection, and revenue targets achieved through channels.
2、Ensure channel partners meet or exceed their assigned sales quotas and performance metrics.
3、Proactively identify and resolve issues that hinder channel performance or business development.
4、Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that boost indirect sales through channels.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 1-3 years in channel sales or distributor management.
Experience in telecommunications, technology, or related sectors (preferred).
Skills:
Negotiation and deal closing.
Commercial relationship management and account development.
Market analysis and report generation.
Languages: English 、Hindi
Travel Availability: Frequent travel within the assigned region.
