Job Description
- Responsible for sales of the entire range of products for the assigned area.
- Responsible for Horeca and Institutional Sales.
- Ensuring coverage, distribution and visibility of all our brands as per company objectives.
- Focus on new product launch/re-launch to establish product in market & achieve / exceed defined sales targets.
- Collection of payments with orders & timely execution of follow-ups with distributors/direct account.
- Data management and reporting as per guidelines.
- Training and development of all sales officers in the assigned area.
- Managing the commercial control on distributors (receivables, claims etc) and direct customers.
- Responsible for Relationship Building & Coordination with dealers, distributors & retailers etc.
Requirements
- Candidate Must have 8-12 years of experience in sales of horeca segment.
- Flexible to adapt work requirements.
- Punctual with work timings.
- Fluent English or excellent communication skills.
- Candidates should have good contacts with Star Hotels, Chefs, Purchase heads etc.
