This full-time role, based on-site in Navi Mumbai, is for a Sales Manager – Home Loans. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying potential leads, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and guiding them throughout the home loan process. The role includes managing a sales team, collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth loan processing, and meeting performance targets. Staying updated on the latest market trends and financial products relevant to home loans will also be key.

• Expertise in sales, business development, and managing client relationships, particularly in the financial services or real estate sectors
• Strong communication, negotiation, and team leadership abilities
• Technical knowledge related to home loan products, financial regulations, and lending procedures
• Proficiency in market research, identifying opportunities, and formulating effective sales strategies
• Prior experience in achieving sales targets and working with cross-functional teams
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for assessing client needs and offering tailored solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; relevant certifications in finance or real estate preferred
