Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager in Home Automation, located in Bengaluru. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will also oversee sales operations, provide training and support to sales staff, and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and product knowledge.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales management and strategy development
  • Strong knowledge of home automation products and market trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships and drive customer satisfaction
  • Team leadership and training experience
  • Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory
