Job Title: Sourcing / Closing Manager (Real Estate)

Job Location: Thane

Salary Budget: Upto 12 LPA (Basis Last Drawn)

Shift: Dayshift – 6 week offs in a month (Weekends will be working)

*Qualifications & Skills:*

● Education: Graduate in any discipline

● Experience: 2 to 8 yrs of Sourcing OR Closing experience in Residential Real Estate Projects

● Candidates with experience Thane/Central Mumbai market preferred

*Skills:*

● Excellent relationship management and networking skills.

● Strong communication, negotiation and closing abilities.

● Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

● Strong broker and channel partner network with proven sourcing or closing capabilities.

● Strong understanding of residential real estate sales and market dynamics.

*Key Responsibilities:*

*For Sourcing:*

● Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, channel partners and real estate consultants.

● Generate qualified leads and drive sourcing through channel partner networks.

● Conduct regular broker meets, project presentations and engagement activities.

● Manage sourcing pipeline and ensure consistent lead generation.

*For Closing:*

● Handle qualified leads and drive conversions and bookings.

● Follow up with customers, negotiate effectively and achieve closing targets.

● Work closely with the sourcing and sales teams to maximize conversions.

● Track sales performance, pipeline and conversion ratios.

*Market Engagement & Intelligence:*

● Share regular updates on inventory, pricing and offers with channel partners and customers.

● Support project launches, campaigns and broker engagement initiatives.

● Provide market intelligence on competitor projects, pricing and customer trends.
