Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager who will take complete ownership of strategy, execution, and revenue growth for HitFame's premium packages. This role requires a professional who understands online subscription-based selling, can build scalable sales strategies, and has a strong grasp of the media, entertainment, or creator economy.

The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and will be directly responsible for achieving premium sales targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Revenue Growth
  • Design and execute end-to-end sales strategies for selling HitFame's Premium and Professional packages
  • Own monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for premium subscriptions
  • Identify growth opportunities across different user segments such as creators, artists, influencers, agencies, and entertainment professionals
  • Develop pricing, bundling, and promotional strategies to improve conversions and retention
Online Sales & Conversion Management
  • Drive online sales through inbound leads, app users, digital campaigns, and performance channels
  • Build structured sales funnels for converting free users into paid subscribers
  • Monitor user behavior, objections, and drop-offs to continuously improve conversion rates
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to align campaigns with sales objectives
Team & Process Management
  • Build, train, and manage a high-performing sales team (if required)
  • Define sales processes, scripts, follow-up frameworks, and reporting systems
  • Ensure discipline in CRM usage, lead tracking, and sales reporting
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and pipeline assessments
Industry & Partnership Engagement
  • Leverage experience in media, entertainment, or the creator ecosystem to unlock new sales opportunities
  • Build relationships with agencies, talent managers, studios, production houses, and creator networks
  • Represent HitFame in strategic discussions related to monetization and partnerships
Data, Reporting & Optimization
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics
  • Analyze sales data to improve lead quality, pitch effectiveness, and closing ratios
  • Provide actionable insights to leadership on revenue trends and growth levers
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on online or digital product sales
  • Proven track record of selling premium packages, subscriptions, or SaaS/app-based products
  • Strong understanding of digital sales funnels, conversions, and user monetization
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills
  • Ability to create and execute scalable sales strategies independently
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Preferred / Plus Qualifications
  • Prior experience in the media, entertainment, influencer, or creator economy
  • Experience selling to creators, artists, agencies, or digital professionals
  • Exposure to performance marketing-led sales or app monetization
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, growth)
