The Opportunity
This is a Sales Manager role for someone who enjoys building relationships, leading teams, and driving business growth.
You will be responsible for creating and executing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and ensuring the sales team consistently delivers on business targets. Your contribution will directly influence the growth trajectory of Hexaspace as we expand our presence in the interior design industry.
What You Will Do
— Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
— Build, nurture, and expand relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
— Lead, mentor, and manage the performance of the sales team
— Track team KPIs and ensure consistent achievement of sales goals
— Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, customer trends, and competitor activities
— Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and agreements with clients
— Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
— Collaborate closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure aligned business objectives
— Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews for leadership
— Continuously improve sales processes, systems, and customer experience
What We Are Looking For
— 7-10 years of proven experience in sales management with a strong track record of achieving targets
— Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
— Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing and motivating teams
— Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting systems
— Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable sales strategies
— Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving ability
— Experience in the interior design, architecture, construction, or related industries will be preferred
— Understanding of local market dynamics and business environment will be an added advantage
