Key Responsibilities:
• Build and source potential customers through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), channel partners, and other sourcing channels.
• Achieve key business metrics including IRR, fee income, and cross-selling of insurance products.
• Conduct initial assessments of loan applications for login and facilitate visits with the credit and technical teams for loan due diligence.
• Oversee completion of documentation for loan sanctioning and disbursement.
• Track and update PDD (Post-Disbursement Documents) and provide post-disbursement support to customers.
• Achieve business targets for the LAP product.
Role Requirement:
• Candidate should have a minimum 5 years of experience in the LAP product and sales through DSAs.
• Should have handled a minimum ticket size of ₹50 lakhs and above.
• Experience required: 5-6 years in an NBFC or Bank.
• Education: Graduate and above.

Eligibility Criteria for the Job
Education: MBA / Graduate
Work Experience: Up to 3-7 years of relevant Sales Experience in Mortgages/LAP
Should be working with NBFC
Primary Skill: Selling, Negotiation, Channel management
Technical Skills: MS Office
