Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Lucknow. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and driving the gym's sales initiatives. Key tasks include building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing effective sales strategies, planning marketing campaigns, generating leads, and ensuring membership and revenue growth. The role also involves mentoring and managing the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales, Sales Management, or Business Development
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in team management and leadership
• Analytical skills for creating data-driven sales strategies
• Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of fitness or wellness industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales-related software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
