Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales:
• Recruit, onboard, and manage DSAs for credit card sourcing.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through DSA channels.
• Ensure productivity and activation of DSAs by providing necessary support and guidance.
2. Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs to drive sustainable business.
• Act as the primary point of contact for escalations, product updates, and business queries.
3. Team & Performance Management:
• Train and develop DSA staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance.
• Monitor performance and drive channel efficiency through regular reviews.
4. Compliance & Process Adherence:
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal compliance policies.
• Monitor quality of sourcing to minimize rejections and fraudulent applications.
5. Market Intelligence:
• Track competitor activities, market trends, and provide insights for strategy improvement.
• Identify new opportunities to expand DSA business penetration.
