Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new logo acquisition across GCCs / captives in India and global markets
- Build and execute a strategic sales plan targeting GCC decision-makers (CXOs, Heads of Shared Services, Transformation Leaders)
- Identify opportunities across Digital, IT Services, ER&D, and BPM offerings
- Develop deep understanding of GCC landscape including expansion plans, transformation agendas, and outsourcing strategy
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting → qualification → solutioning → negotiation → closure
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and influencers within target accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams (Delivery, Pre-sales, Solutions) to craft winning proposals
Maintain a healthy and predictable sales pipeline and forecasting
Key Requirements:
- 6-8 years of experience in IT Services / Consulting / BPM sales
- Proven experience as a Hunter with consistent track record of new business wins
- Strong exposure to GCC / Captive / Shared Services ecosystem
- Existing relationships with GCC leaders in India (preferred)
- Strong understanding of digital transformation, outsourcing, and global delivery models
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Background:
- Experience selling to industries such as BFSI, Pharma, Retail, Manufacturing, or Technology GCCs
- Prior experience working with large IT Services organizations (e.g., Tier 1 / Tier 2 firms)
- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
