Proven experience in dealer network management and carpenter/contractor influencer programs is an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage commercial objectives.
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in tools like CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
Candidate Background Requirement
The ideal candidate must have solid retail channel and trade sales experience (7 - 10 years exp), preferably in the hardware, plywood, laminate, or glass fittings industry.
We are specifically looking for profiles that have worked with companies in the building materials, hardware, or plywood/laminate sectors
The Candidate Must Have
Strong connections in the retail and distributor/trade channel
Experience in lead generation through contractors, carpenters, and retail counters
