Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Bhilwara. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, drive business growth, and build strong relationships with customers and partners. The role involves setting sales targets, developing strategies, managing a sales team, analyzing market trends, and preparing performance reports. The Sales Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge and skills in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Proven experience in Market Analysis, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Sales Strategy Planning
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Team Leadership and Management capabilities, including mentoring and motivating a team
  • Ability to analyze sales data and generate actionable insights
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Prior experience in the furniture or home decor industry is advantageous
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively
