Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end sales strategy and execution.
- Manage and scale inside sales team and renewal processes.
- Oversee RFP/RFQ/RFI responses and coordinate with the bidding team.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
- Track KPIs, forecast sales pipelines, and report to leadership.
Requirements:
- 56 years of experience in sales roles within IT startups. preferably in OEMs.
- Strong understanding of tech solutions and B2B Sales.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
