Job Description
At Farmkin, we're building a modern dates-first snacking brand — and we're now looking for someone who can help us build our offline sales engine across India.
This is not just a target-and-report sales role.
We're looking for a hands-on sales leader who enjoys being in the market, building relationships, opening new accounts, growing distributors and turning distribution into real sales.
What you'll own
• GT expansion & distributor management
• MT account growth, listings & execution
• Institutional & B2B sales
• New outlet acquisition & territory expansion
• Primary + secondary sales
• Distributor performance & stock movement
• Collections & outstanding management
• Sales team / field team performance
• Market coverage, targets & sales planning
• Sales MIS, reviews & performance tracking
Who are we looking for
Someone with 4–8 years of FMCG / Food / Consumer / Retail sales experience who is:
→ Strong in GT & distributor management
→ Comfortable handling MT accounts
→ Commercially sharp and target-driven
→ Strong at negotiation & relationship building
→ Data-driven but highly execution-oriented
→ Comfortable working on the ground
→ Excited by the pace and ownership of a growing startup
Most importantly, you should enjoy building.
Someone who can:
Open the account → Close the order → Ensure availability → Drive secondary sales → Collect the payment → Grow the account.
