Role Overview

Xeedo is looking for an energetic and strategic Sales Manager GCC to drive business growth within the Global Capability Center (GCC) ecosystem from our Hyderabad location. The role involves identifying new GCC opportunities, building strong CXO-level relationships, and driving consultative sales across engineering, digital, and technology services.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the GCC landscape in Indiaespecially Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Pune marketsalong with a proven ability to acquire new logos, expand accounts, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target GCCs across India (with focus on Hyderabad and South India) for new business opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with CXO, VP, Director, and senior leadership stakeholders within GCCs.
  • Drive consultative sales for engineering services, digital transformation, IT services, and product development offerings.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified GCC prospects.
  • Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, pitch, solution coordination, proposal preparation, negotiations, and closure.
  • Engage with internal solution, delivery, and leadership teams to craft customized proposals for client needs.
  • Track GCC industry trends, investment areas, and capability-building initiatives to position Xeedo effectively.
  • Represent Xeedo at industry events, GCC forums, and networking platforms.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and maintain long-term relationships to maximize account growth.
  • Meet quarterly revenue, pipeline, and new logo acquisition targets.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields (MBA preferred).
  • 510 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management in technology, engineering services, IT consulting, or digital services.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience working with GCCs (Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune ecosystem preferred).
  • Strong track record in selling complex solutions or services to enterprise or GCC clients.
  • Good understanding of GCC operating models, sourcing strategies, and decision-making hierarchies.
  • Experience in new logo acquisition and consultative selling.
