Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced GCC Sales Manager with a strong background in IT sales and proven expertise in setting up Global Capability Centers (GCCs). The role involves driving business growth by acquiring new clients, consulting on GCC setup, and managing end-to-end sales for global clients looking to establish or expand their captive centers in India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales for Global Capability Center (GCC) setup services, including advisory, build, and operate models.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with global clients planning to establish GCCs in India.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting, solutioning, proposal creation, to deal closure.
  • Engage with CXOs and senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and position GCC solutions.
  • Work closely with consulting, delivery, and leadership teams for solution design and execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across geographies.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and contribute to business expansion plans.
  • Achieve revenue targets and ensure a strong sales pipeline.
  • Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and industry trends related to GCC ecosystem.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in IT / Consulting / GCC Sales with a proven track record.
  • Hands-on experience in setting up or scaling Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding of offshore delivery models and India GCC landscape.
  • Ability to engage with global clients and drive strategic discussions.
  • Experience in handling large enterprise deals and complex sales cycles.

Preferred Skills:

  • Existing network with global enterprises looking for GCC setup.
  • Experience in consulting-led sales approach.
  • Knowledge of regulatory, compliance, and operational aspects of GCC setup in India.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
