We are seeking a Sales Manager with 8 to 10 years of experience in sales preferably in financial products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and achieving defi ned sales targets. This role demands excellent communication skills, a confident personality, and a proactive mindset towards new business development and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Sales
o Identify and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
o Promote and sell a range of financial products including NBFC loans (personal, business, etc.), mutual funds, and Real Estate Investments.
Customer Relationship Management
o Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business, upselling and customer satisfaction.
o Provide timely assistance and support for client queries, documentation, and investment processes.
Telephonic & Face-to-Face Interactions & Client Visits
o Conduct regular telephonic conversations with potential and existing clients to explain financial products, answer queries, and generate interest.
o Schedule and attend face-to-face meetings with clients either at the office or at client premises to build trust, deliver presentations, and close sales.
o Carry out visits to Client Office's as per business requirements.
Target Achievement
o Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
o Work collaboratively with the internal team to contribute to overall business growth.
Upselling & Cross-Selling
o Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities by analyzing customer profiles and financial needs.
Reporting & Documentation
o Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales data, lead status, and follow-ups using CRM systems or internal tools.
o Prepare daily/weekly reports on pipeline status, sales achievements, and prospects.

Required Skills & Competencies
Experience: 8-10 years in selling financial products (NBFC loans, mutual funds, or real estate)
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Sales-Oriented: Ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close deals effectively
Presentation: Confidence in delivering in-person and telephonic product pitches
Customer Focus: High attention to detail and a consultative approach to client servicing
Tech Savvy: Basic understanding of CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, Word), and email etiquette
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance/ marketing /business administration or Related field
Additional certifications in mutual funds, NISM, or sales training will be advantageous
