Key Responsibilities
1. Franchise Acquisition and Growth
a. Identify, approach, and close franchise partners across targeted regions.
b. Develop GTM plans to expand franchise presence Pan-India.
c. Build partnerships with entrepreneurs and business owners looking for franchise
opportunities.
2. Sales Strategy and Process
a. Design and implement sales processes for franchise acquisition.
b. Define SOPs, sales scripts, pitch decks, and closing techniques.
c. Track and optimize franchise sales funnel from lead generation to onboarding.
3. Team Leadership
a. Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives for franchise sales.
b. Set clear KRAs and KPIs for the team.
c. Drive performance through structured reviews and coaching.
4. Revenue and Target Achievement
a. Own the franchise sales revenue target.
b. Ensure timely deal closures and scaling of franchise footprint.
c. Work closely with management to align franchise sales with company goals.
5. Market Intelligence
a. Monitor competitor franchise models (e.g., DTDC, Blue Dart, logistics/export franchises).
b. Recommend improvements in pricing, franchise agreements, and expansion plans.
Key Requirements
57 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in logistics, retail, or franchise
sales.
Proven track record of building sales teams and achieving franchise/business expansion targets.
Strong understanding of franchise business models, contracts, and compliance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
