Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager based in Kochi, with partial flexibility for remote work. The Sales Manager will oversee client acquisition and development, manage sales strategies, and ensure revenue growth for the resort. Daily responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, preparing sales proposals, meeting sales targets, coordinating with other departments, and analyzing market trends to optimize performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills
  • Proficiency in client relationship management and customer service
  • Knowledge of market analysis, sales strategies, and goal planning
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills
  • Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is a plus
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment (both on-site and remotely)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Sales, or a related field
