We are looking for a dynamic and result‑oriented Sales Manager – Catering with strong experience in the catering, hospitality, or service industry. The ideal candidate should be proactive in driving sales, building strong client relationships, and converting opportunities into profitable business.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive B2B and B2C catering sales across corporate, social, and premium events
• Identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market research
• Manage client relationships end‑to‑end—from enquiry to event execution
• Conduct site visits, presentations, and menu discussions with clients
• Collaborate with operations, culinary, and production teams for seamless delivery
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Develop partnerships with event planners, venues, and corporate offices
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and prepare weekly sales reports

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience in catering sales / hospitality sales / banquet sales is essential
• Strong ability to generate leads and convert them into business
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Target‑driven with a proactive approach
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Well‑networked in the corporate and events ecosystem is a plus
