Sales Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, customer-focused, and target-oriented Sales Manager to drive sales for our full-home interior projects. The ideal candidate should have strong customer handling, sales conversion, negotiation, and team coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end sales for full-home interior projects.
• Generate, follow up, and convert qualified leads.
• Understand customer requirements, budget, and project expectations.
• Conduct customer meetings and present suitable interior solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate, and close sales.
• Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
• Guide and support Sales Executives in achieving targets.
• Coordinate with Design and Project teams for smooth project handover.
• Maintain sales pipeline and CRM updates.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Identify referral and new business opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in interior/home improvement sales.
• Strong customer handling and relationship-management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
• Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
• Good team coordination and leadership skills.
• Strong time management and professionalism.
• Experience in full-home interiors, modular kitchens, furniture, home décor, or related
• industries is preferred.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Commerce, Interior Design, or a

related field.
