looking for a sales leader who shares that ambition.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by connecting Fineye's financial
analysis products with banks, NBFCs, and fintech institutions across India. This is a
high-ownership, field-facing role where you will manage the complete sales cycle—from
prospecting to closure—while building lasting relationships within the BFSI ecosystem.
The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of hands-on experience in fintech sales, banking
partnerships, or selling underwriting-supported financial products, and understands how lending
institutions evaluate and adopt technology.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and execute end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and
onboarding clients from the BFSI sector.
• Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers at banks, NBFCs, and digital
lending platforms.
• Develop targeted sales strategies to position Fineye's Account Aggregator Services,
BSA, GST Analysis, and Identity products within lending and underwriting workflows.
• Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with banks and financial institutions to
expand Fineye's distribution footprint.
• Collaborate with product and tech teams to relay market feedback and ensure Fineye's
solutions stay aligned with client needs.
• Track pipeline, forecast revenue, and maintain accurate reporting using CRM tools.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to sharpen Fineye's
go-to-market approach.
What We're Looking For
Relevant experience includes any of the following:
• 3–5 years in fintech sales, banking SaaS, or digital lending solutions.
• Experience in partnerships or business development with banks or NBFCs.
• Track record selling fintech or underwriting-supported products such as Bank Statement
Analysis (BSA), GST Analysis, or Identity/KYC solutions.
• Strong understanding of lending workflows, credit underwriting, and how BFSI
institutions evaluate and integrate third-party tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage long sales cycles and navigate complex,
multi-stakeholder deals.
• Excellent consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Prior experience in a startup or high-growth fintech environment is a plus.
