Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager, primarily based in Ahmedabad with the option for partial remote work. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The role involves executing sales strategies, leading the sales team, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to align sales efforts with company objectives. The Sales Manager will also liaise with clients, analyze market trends, and represent the company at events or meetings when required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management
  • Skills in Market Analysis, Sales Forecasting, and Strategic Planning
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • Capability to lead and motivate a sales team to meet goals consistently
  • Proficiency in CRM software and knowledge of sales processes
  • Strong understanding of bathroom and kitchen fittings industry or related fields is a plus
  • Relevant bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Willingness to travel locally and nationally to meet with clients and attend events
