Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing and nurturing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. The role includes creating sales strategies, leading efforts to expand the market, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also prepare and present sales reports to management, mentor junior sales staff, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of market analysis, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and sales forecasting techniques
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and CRM software
  • Familiarity with the elevator or construction industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
