Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Sales Manager role based in Ranchi, with flexibility for some work-from-home. The Sales Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, and drive revenue for event production and experiential marketing services. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting sales meetings and presentations, preparing customized proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with brands, colleges, and corporate clients. The role will collaborate closely with production, creative, and marketing teams to align client needs with feasible event concepts and budgets. The Sales Manager will also track sales performance, provide accurate forecasts, and represent Fiesta Rave at industry events, campus activities, and networking opportunities to strengthen market presence.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in events, media, advertising, or experiential marketing.
- Strong client relationship skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and long-term account nurturing.
- Ability to understand and position event production services (e.g., stage design, artist management, brand activations) in line with client objectives.
- Solid negotiation, presentation, and closing skills, with confidence in pitching to senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Comfort working with sales targets, CRM tools, and basic sales reporting to monitor pipeline and performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate client briefs into actionable internal requirements.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients, proposals, and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with creative, production, and operations teams.
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally for client meetings, events, and on-site coordination as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Understanding of digital promotion, social media, and influencer collaborations as part of an integrated event strategy is an advantage.
