Sales Manager/Executives for Luxury Store

Bhairavi World is a luxury chocolate, corporate gifting and luxury wedding brand. We are looking for a Sales Executive for our boutique in World Trade Center, a driven, ambitious candidate, fluent in English, who can speak well and connect with the customer.

Both experienced and freshers can apply.

Job Profile

* Greet guests, establish a rapport with customers and provide accurate product information.

* Answer phone calls, attend to walk in customers .

* Pack hampers/gift boxes and dispatch.

* Maintain inventory of stocks, billing etc.

* Chocolate Dispatch: Order booking, track orders, dispatch boxes.

* Coordinating with clients to ensure smooth delivery of customised gifting orders - personal or corporate.

* Arrange the display and keep it attractive for customers

Requirements :-

* Excellent verbal communication skills and story telling.

* Focused, self motivated, punctual with attention to detail.

* Fluent in English. Additional languages spoken is a plus.

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for daily store operations

* Consistently deliver an exceptional client experience that results in both new and repeat business.

* Keep customers informed on new products or services, changes, etc.

* Identifies and handles client enquiries and concerns

* Achieve monthly individual sales targets and contribute to the overall boutique target.

* Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products to provide clients with insightful product recommendations.
