Sales Manager Executive

Job Title: SALES MANAGER'S 

Working Days: Monday to Saturday 9:30 AM To 7:00 PM

Location: Wagholi

The Role

We are looking for an experienced sales leader to drive revenue and manage client relationships across our key urban hubs. You will focus on scaling our general and niche insurance products (including our specialised pet insurance line).

What You'll Do

Identify & Close: Acquire new high-value clients and corporate accounts

Lead Growth: Execute sales strategies to hit monthly targets in your city.

Partner: Build and manage a network of POSP partners and distributors

Consult: Simplify complex insurance policies for the end consumer

Team & Market Mentorship: Act as a local market expert, guiding junior sales staff

Performance Analytics: Monitor and report on sales data to track temporal growth.

What We're Looking For

4+ years of solid experience in insurance sales (broking preferred).

Strong networking and negotiation skills.

Deep knowledge of the local city market.

A target-driven mindset with a passion for digital-first insurance solutions.
