Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities in domestic and industrial markets.
Generate leads through dealers, distributors, contractors, OEMs, and direct customers.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
Conduct regular customer visits and product presentations.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales orders.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Appoint and manage dealers and distributors in new territories.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for management.
Participate in trade exhibitions, industry events, and promotional activities.
Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
MBA (Sales & Marketing) preferred.
Experience
5–8 years of experience in industrial product sales.
Experience in HDPE Pipes, LDPE Films, Plastic Products, Building Materials, Irrigation Products, or Packaging Industry will be preferred.
Required Skills
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of industrial and B2B sales processes.
Customer relationship management.
Market analysis and business development.
Leadership and team management.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
Ability to travel extensively.
