About the Role:

HostBooks Limited is looking for an energetic and ambitious Sales Manager Enterprise Sales to drive sales of our ERP solutions across target markets. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are passionate about technology-driven sales and eager to build a strong foundation in enterprise software selling.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing the sales pipeline, engaging with prospects, and closing deals. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver value-driven ERP solutions, particularly for customers in industries such as manufacturing and allied sectors.

Drive enterprise sales for Manufacturing ERP solutions, focusing on mid-to-large manufacturing organizations with complex operational requirements.

Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through cold outreach, partner referrals, industry networks, and inbound lead follow-ups.

Own the end-to-end sales cycle for large-ticket ERP engagementsfrom discovery and solution mapping to commercial negotiations and deal closure.

Engage with CXOs, Plant Heads, Operations, Finance, and IT stakeholders to understand manufacturing processes and business pain points.

Position ERP solutions aligned to manufacturing functions such as production planning, inventory, supply chain, quality, and finance.

Lead high-impact product presentations, solution demos, and executive-level proposal discussions.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with enterprise prospects and existing customers to drive repeat and upsell opportunities.

Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipeline visibility, revenue forecasts, and management reports.

Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Marketing, Product, and Implementation teams to ensure solution fit and successful deal execution.

Consistently achieve assigned revenue targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and value realization.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 5 years of experience in B2B sales, ERP sales, or IT/software solutions (freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply).
  • Basic understanding of ERP systems and business processes (manufacturing exposure is a plus).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn enterprise sales.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for building long-term relationships.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territories, if required.
