Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager – ERP Solutions with a proven track record in selling Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, and expanding market presence through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in ERP solutions.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across industries.
  • Lead the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and solution-based selling.
  • Collaborate with technical and implementation teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales executives, if applicable.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–7 years of experience in ERP sales (mandatory).
  • Hands-on experience selling ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, etc.).
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in B2B solution selling.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
