We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive business across the enterprise and academic segments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling certification training programs (AWS, Microsoft, EC-Council, Red Hat, PMI, PRINCE2), building strategic partnerships, and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively generate leads and develop new business opportunities
Build and nurture long-term relationships with HR, L&D heads, academic deans, and training coordinators
Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from proposal to closure
Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
Represent the company at industry events and academic forums
Required Skills & Qualifications:
510+ years of experience in selling training programs or enterprise software
Strong understanding of the certification training landscape (AWS, Microsoft, etc.)
Proven success in direct enterprise sales and strategic academic partnerships
Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
Proficiency in CRM platforms for sales reporting and forecasting
Willingness to travel across India
