Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Manager based in Ghaziabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client accounts, and achieving revenue targets. Key tasks include developing sales strategies, identifying potential clients, building and nurturing relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional duties include coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and staying updated on industry trends to enhance business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales Management, Client Acquisition, and Business Development
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building skills
  • Proficiency in Market Analysis, Sales Forecasting, and Target Achievement
  • Ability to strategize and implement effective sales plans
  • Previous experience in the financial services or NBFC sector is highly preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office Suite
