We are seeking a dynamic Direct Sales Manager for our Educational/Institutional Sales team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and establishing strong relationships with educational institutions across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote educational products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and key stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and conduct market research to understand customer needs.
  • Lead sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Daily market visit to be done to generate leads and create sales pipeline.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field.
  • 3-8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the educational or institutional sector.
  • Proven track record of successful sales performance and meeting targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Understanding of the educational landscape and market trends in India.
