Description

We are seeking a dynamic Direct Sales Manager for our Educational/Institutional Sales team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and establishing strong relationships with educational institutions across the region.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote educational products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and key stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and conduct market research to understand customer needs.
Lead sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Daily market visit to be done to generate leads and create sales pipeline.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field.
3-8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the educational or institutional sector.
Proven track record of successful sales performance and meeting targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Understanding of the educational landscape and market trends in India.
