Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.

Sales ManagerJob Responsibilities:

• Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies and analyzing trends and results.
• Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
• Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
• Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
• Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
• Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.

Sales ManagerQualifications/Skills:

• Bachelor/ Master Degree in any streams
• 3-7 years experience in End to End Management of Retail and Wholesale Food Processing
• Must have 3-5 years End to End Food processing work experience in FAASOS PRODUCTS
• Ability to win the RFP by showcasing the complete success stories of Faasos Food Product knowledge and bring more business
• Ability to lead the team and complete the end to end Infra setup for Food & Beverage Customers
• Ability to provide new strategies and coordinate with the customers on New Food Product Launches
• Expertise in F&B Accounts Management and provide complete setup for customers
• Strong communication skills
• Creating and implementing a sales plan
• Meeting sales goals by monitoring progress
• Analysing sales data
