Job Description
To drive direct sales business through lead conversion, customer acquisition, and managing a team (if applicable), ensuring achievement of revenue targets and business growth.
- Achieve assigned premium and revenue targets on a monthly/quarterly basis
- Generate leads through direct marketing activities, referrals, and campaigns
- Drive customer acquisition and policy conversion
- Focus on cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Manage and develop Direct Marketing Executives (DMEs) / Sales team
- Monitor daily activity, productivity, and performance of the team
- Ensure adherence to sales processes and compliance guidelines
