Responsibilities

● Prepare for the sales calls including conducting research and building a sales deck.

● Identifying prospective clients, sending pitches, and generating leads

● Presenting company products to the prospective clients

● Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to generation of leads and closure of the same

● Should be flexible working in shifts or in different time zones

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

● Develop a pipeline of qualified leads

● Liaise and partner with the sales team to identify complex sales opportunities Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA will be a Plus).

● 4 – 5 years of experience in sales

● Ability to hunt new leads and manage a bucket of new leads, closure of the leads

● Candidates must have Rewards industry ( Digital rewards) experience.

● Great team player and has good team-handling skills

● Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills

● Entrepreneurial spirit highly encouraged

● Enjoy working in fast-paced teams where you can take initiative and accountability, and generate results every day.

● Great listening skills and a desire to learn proper lead generation methodologies
