Sales Manager Digital Media Client Acquisition

Can you turn a business enquiry into a meaningful conversation and into a paying client

We're looking for an experienced sales professional who can connect with founders and decision-makers, understand their business challenges, and close deals for digital media management, performance marketing and video content production.

What you'll own:

* Call, qualify, and convert leads generated by our digital team's ad campaigns.

* Acquire new clients through direct outreach, referrals, and networking.

* Lead client meetings, present relevant solutions, negotiate proposals, and close business.

* Maintain consistent follow-ups and an accurate sales pipeline.

* Work with our delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Who we're looking for:

* A proven record of 5 years in B2B sales in digital marketing, advertising, media, or related agencies.

* Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.

* The ability to build trust with business owners and explain how our services support their goals.

* Ownership of sales targets and disciplined follow-through.

* Professional communication in English; Malayalam proficiency is a must.
