Experience: Minimum 5 Years (Mandatory Digital Sales Background)

Compensation: Competitive Base + Uncapped Variable Pay (Linear to Revenue)

What you'll do:

→ Hunt & close high-value partnerships with Tier 1 & Tier 2 brands and agencies

→ Monetize premium display, video, programmatic, and native inventory

→ Act as a Full-Stack Media Strategist — consult clients on Budget Fluidity, Content Atomization & Incremental Reach

→ Build deep relationships with Agency Trading Desks (GroupM, Publicis, Dentsu, IPG & more)

V What we need:

→ 5+ years of hardcore Digital Media Sales experience (mandatory)

→ Hot existing agency relationships in your city → Fluency in CTR, VTR, ROAS, Viewability & Multi-Touch Attribution

→ Byron Sharp literacy — you understand Mental Availability
