Role: Sales Manager B2B Jewellery Division (Lab-Grown Diamonds)

Location: Surat / Mumbai

About Us

We are one of the world's largest and fastest-growing diamond jewellery manufacturers, supplying to leading retailers across the USA, Europe, and the UK. Now, we are building our India B2B division focused on lab-grown diamonds and jewellery, a category that is shifting the industry's economics and consumer demand.

This is not a replacement role. This is a build-from-zero, scale-to-leadership mandate.

The Role

We are building a dedicated B2B division in India to serve the retail jewellery market with lab grown diamonds and finished jewellery. This is a new business unit.

We are looking for a Sales Manager who has already led a sales team, knows how to push revenue targets and hit them, and understands the retail jewellery ecosystem deeply. Someone who wants to build something, not just manage it.

What You Will Own

You will lead the creation and expansion of our domestic B2B business, working directly with leadership.

  • Build and execute a nationwide B2B sales strategy for lab-grown diamonds and jewellery
  • Develop and manage a high-performance sales team across regions
  • Drive aggressive revenue growth with clear ownership of targets
  • Establish relationships with top retail jewellers, chains
  • Expand distribution in high-value markets across India
  • Translate market insights into product, pricing, and go-to-market decisions

What We're Looking For

This role is for someone who already operates like a business head, not just a manager.

  • Proven experience in B2B jewellery or diamond sales in India
  • Track record of managing and scaling sales teams
  • Strong relationships with retail jewellers
  • Deep product understanding Lab Grown diamonds, jewellery, pricing dynamics
  • High ownership mindset with a bias for growth and execution
