Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Nakodar. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The role will include developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market analysis, managing a sales team, and providing outstanding customer service. The Sales Manager will also ensure alignment with company goals and contribute to the expansion of the business's presence both domestically and internationally. CANDIDATE SHOULD PREFERABLY BE FROM AROUND JALANDHAR OR NAKODAR.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Sales and Business Development with strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Experience in Market Analysis and Strategic Planning to identify and seize growth opportunities.
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management and team leadership to foster client and team engagement.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to work and lead in an on-site, fast-paced environment while driving results.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• Experience in manufacturing or machinery industries is preferred but not mandatory.
• Daily commute vehicle provided from model town Jalandhar to factory premises.
