Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve company objectives for products within the dermatology sector.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and healthcare professionals.
- Continuously assess market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing team to create sales collateral and promotional materials to support sales initiatives.
- Participate in industry conferences, events, and exhibitions to promote the organization's products and services.
- Manage and report sales activities, results, and forecasts to the senior management team.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures within the Derma Sector.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales management within the pharmaceutical or dermatology industry.
- Thorough understanding of pharmaceutical sales regulations, market dynamics, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to develop effective sales plans.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Knowledge of dermatological products, treatments, and procedures is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Commitment to ethical conduct and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
