Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve company objectives for products within the dermatology sector.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and healthcare professionals.
  • Continuously assess market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to create sales collateral and promotional materials to support sales initiatives.
  • Participate in industry conferences, events, and exhibitions to promote the organization's products and services.
  • Manage and report sales activities, results, and forecasts to the senior management team.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures within the Derma Sector.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales management within the pharmaceutical or dermatology industry.
  • Thorough understanding of pharmaceutical sales regulations, market dynamics, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to develop effective sales plans.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Knowledge of dermatological products, treatments, and procedures is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Commitment to ethical conduct and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
